Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and rapidly expanding new media organisation.

The delivery manager role is core to the organisation, and provides a strong grounding across our business environment.

The European Search team manage advertiser campaigns with all major EU search engines, looking to optimise client spend in meeting their campaign objectives.

The DM role assumes ownership of advertiser campaigns, and holds the responsibility of ensuring an understanding of, and delivery against advertiser goals.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To develop a clear understanding of advertiser objectives, and the alignment of campaign delivery strategy.
• To partner with the sales team in developing an understanding of prospective clients, and the pricing of new deals.
• The management of campaign performance. Including the leverage of entrepreneurial skills and sound decision making to test and implement strategies to benefit campaign performance.
• Reporting and feeding back campaign performance and market perspective to clients.

Key skills/Qualifications

• Proactive individual, happy to take responsibility and provide ownership.
• Danish Language essential (other Scandinavian/EU languages a bonus).
• An analytical background, with strong mathematic and quantative problem solving skills.
• Demonstrates energy and initiative, keen to understand diverse business models and client needs.
• Able to manage strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Deadline orientated, capable of managing and prioritising responsibilities.
• MS Excel competence and Internet fluency essential.
• 1+ years professional experience preferred.
• A strong degree (1st/2:1) in a highly numerate subject. (Engineering/Sciences/Mathematics/Economics etc.).
