Job summary
The Strategic Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the development and management of the company’s major accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for supporting EU country managers to prospect for £100k+ /month clients across Europe.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high-level direct client contact.
- Build prospect list of six figure clients.
- Roll out new product initiatives to General Sales Team.
- Supervise proper delivery of advertising campaigns in accordance with goals and objectives of the client.
- Drive revenue through long-term, high dollar contacts.
- Be a star sales person to ensure credibility with General Sales Team in order to help on their large accounts
- Responsible for selling new, high-end, and complex products and multi-platform packages.
- Consult with clients on their marketing needs and creativity design solution packages.
- Provide feedback on the rest of the organisation on how to better satisfy client needs.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work in a highly competitive, fast paced work environment.
- Excellent track record in developing relationships with advertising agencies and direct advertisers.
- Focus on delivering win-win solutions
- Willingness to go the extra mile
Education and/or Experience
- 5+ years media experience or 3+ years in online sales
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience with high level sales of complex product offerings
