Overview:
This role represents an exciting opportunity within our London based European company which bears significant responsibility and accountability with an expectation to deliver under minimal supervision.
Job Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced at generating high quality, relevant and insightful analysis for senior management. It is a new role within our organization and as such requires an individual with vision, energy and motivation to drive its successful launch.
The Sales Operations Analyst will add a new dimension to our Client Services Team where they will be tasked with driving quality analysis out of our sales data and liaising with our Sales Teams across Europe to ensure that the adoption and use of our multiple business systems allows for accurate and timely reporting. This individual will need to be confident in dealing with all levels of staff in our European organization. The output that they produce will be key to the leaders of the business in driving our growth and delivering transparency on our numbers and focusing attention on highest priority items. The design, delivery and interpretation of the analysis will be the responsibility of this individual so it is essential that they are experienced in collating and interpreting data for Executive Management.
Duties and responsibilities
- Working alongside our Country Managers and Executive team to understand their needs for pipeline reporting.
- Determine process / system based approach to deliver the reporting requested
- Monitor adoption of processes and work with Sales teams to address any issues where possible.
- Manage feedback to Country Managers on country adoption with recommendations for change where appropriate.
- Provide analysis and narrative alongside the reporting to drive the highest priority, biggest impact actions and to ensure the business is focused on the most appropriate areas
- Design and advise directors and team leaders on the most suitable data and reports to help them manage high performing teams
Required skills and abilities
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills and abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner, able to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly.
- Able to look at business problems and use this to shape analysis to determine solutions.
- Confident in defining and communicating actionable advice to increase quality of business processes.
- Demonstrable examples of implementing business processes that have had a positive impact on an organization.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintaining own work flow and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferable.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML and MS Access, and other languages. (Non Essential)

Education and/or experience
- 2 years of experience working as an analyst at a senior level within an organization is essential.
- Preferable to have a good Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or 1st) or equivalent from a good university preferably in a numerate subject (we will accept significant experience within the industry or equivalent).
